Durable material

The synthetic Dream-Tex fabric, developed specifically for hammocks, combines traditional ripstop weave with a diamond grid. This creates a fabric with incredibly comfortable texture while being resistant to damage. Functional Accessories

• Perimeter zipper – The zipper on both sides of the mosquito net allows the hammock to be completely unzipped along its entire length. This means you can enter or exit from the side you prefer or whichever is better given the surrounding terrain.
• Storage shelf – The Blackbird offers a unique feature in the form of a large storage “shelf” located near the user’s head. You can store your mobile phone, socks, water bottle, gloves, and other items you need to have quickly within reach.

Mosquitoes don’t stand a chance

The hammock includes a fine, fully detachable mosquito net that reliably protects you from annoying insects. The fine mesh is sewn so that when the side straps are tensioned, you have enough free space around your head. If you don’t need the mosquito net and want to reduce weight, for example, it can be completely removed and left at home.

Hanging system

The hammock comes standard with Whoopie slings. These are special thin ropes with self-locking loops, which are lighter and more compact than carabiners. However, they allow the same tight suspension with the possibility of adjusting the length after the hammock is suspended. The system uses a special Amsteel rope, made by braiding Dyneema material. It is extremely strong, collapsible and weighs only 5g/m. For the easiest possible suspension, we recommend combining the suspension system with a pair of SMUK carabiners.
