SMUK suspension system (Whoopie slings)

Description

General information

The SMUK suspension system is designed to allow you to quickly and conveniently hang almost any hammock, and also to adjust its sag to your needs. These features are invaluable after a full day of hiking, in the rain, or when hanging a hammock in the dark.

The heart of the system consists of two whoopie slings made of very strong Dyneema cord with a load capacity of almost 650 kg. These can be shortened or lengthened as needed to any length from 60 to 300 cm. Another important part is the wide “Tree Huggers” straps, which protect trees from damage. Both parts are connected by high-quality aluminum carabiners with a load capacity of 600 kg.

Due to its low weight and negligible dimensions, the SMUK suspension system fits easily into the bag with both Lesovik hammocks and Hennessy Hammock hammocks.
