Integrated suspension system
The Bushmen EASY Underquilt is designed for simple and reliable attachment to almost any hammock. Just attach the elastic cords to the hammock’s suspension lines and adjust the shape with the drawstrings. The underquilt can be adapted for both diagonal and classic straight sleeping positions. The entire suspension system is integrated directly into the underquilt, so you won’t lose anything while hanging or packing.
Long and comfortable
Dimensions of 220 × 130 cm ensure full thermal protection even for taller sleepers. The shape and length are designed so that the EASY Underquilt works as an underquilt, topquilt, poncho, or emergency sleeping bag.
Comfort even in damp conditions
The impregnated outer fabric protects against dew and light rain. Unlike down, the synthetic polyester filling (200 g/m²) does not absorb water, so even a damp underquilt still provides warmth and dries quickly. The underquilt ensures thermal comfort down to approximately -5°C.
A hood that turns into a pocket
When used as a poncho, the hood works normally, and the entire underquilt can be fastened around the shoulders with a large, comfortable button. Once hung under the hammock, the hood transforms into a practical pocket for small items: a flashlight, phone, or gloves. Everything is kept within reach.
Reversible design
The underquilt can be used on both sides. Green when you want to blend in with your surroundings, or scarlet when you need to be highly visible, such as in emergency situations.
Packability
When packed, the underquilt measures 40 × 20 × 20 cm and weighs 1.1 kg. A compression sack is included, allowing the volume to be reduced even further so it fits comfortably in a backpack or a larger bike pannier.
